Fellow Physician accountability partner needed!

Hi,
I’m a mom, a physician and spouse! I’ve battled injuries of late and a lot of stress. I start my journey tomorrow 2/25/19. I’m 47 and I really need to make this happen! Are there any other Middle Aged women or male physicians out there that want to join together to reinforce the discipline of taking care of ourselves as well as we care for our patients?!

    Not a physician but I am an ICU nurse, wife, and mom of three. It's difficult to take care of ourselves when it's on our nature to take care of everyone else first. I have found I feel better as a person when I take care of myself. Practice what we preach.
