17 Weeks till summer Challenge! (March 1st-June 21st) *With SpreadSheet*

Hello.
I always hear the running joke of getting your summer body in gear but I'm really wanting to this year! (Of course, the goal to maintain our summer body as our life long body)

Anyway, there are 17 weeks till the first day of summer which gives us plenty of time get ourselves in check and reach our "summer body goals"
1 pound per week= 17 pounds less by June 21st
1.5 pounds per week= 25.5 pounds less by June 21st
2 pounds per week= 34 pounds less by June 21st!

For the spread sheet I've set the weigh in date to be Friday, (because march 1st and june 21st are both Fridays) however, you can chose to weigh in on whichever days you wish but please do not edit that portion of the spread sheet!
