Well, right about this time when I am trying to lose weight, I lose motivation. I am craving everything, I am close enough to my goal where I feel pretty good about myself, so I just don't have as much drive to make the last 5 lbs happen. Found out while on vacation that we’ll be moving internationally with only one month’s notice. Needless to say, “vacation” suddenly became a lot less relaxing! Now we are back home & scrambling to make arrangements. I’ll remain on maintenance until the dust settles.

End Results – 19.2lbs lost but did not meet my goal 189.5lbs for this challenge

I got to 133 instead of 130 which I am pretty happy with! even though I didn't meet my goal.
I also joined the Fat to Fit Weight Loss Challenge and Support Group – which has been awesome. They are really active and make a game of losing. I highly recommend checking it out if you all need a place to be accountable after this group!0
