5 Years Out - Starting Again

I had weight loss surgery on 5/27/17. I lost over 100lbs. and I have recently gained back 40. I'm looking to get off 20 by my 5 year anniversary and then lose the next 20-30lbs. at whatever rate my body lets me. I'm over 45. I'm not looking for quick results. I'd like to add some encouraging and active people to help motivate me. MFP was such a great tool the first time I lost. Feel free to add me.

Excellent goals. If you are logging every day and honest with your food counts and hitting your target you'll lose the weight. Checkout myshape.fitness site for another potentially motivating tool (shape goals and tracker)0
