I never tested my ketones when on paleo, and I think my carbs were too high to be in ketosis, but im sure I flitted in and out at times.
On keto I'm eating 20g total carbs. Significantly lower than the roughly 70g while on paleo.0 -

Some people say it's purely anecdotal and scientifically unsound.0 -
What’s your opinion?
Do you think there’s any truth behind the claims?0 -

I used to try and discuss it with the scientists in the debate section but it was a bad idea because I'm not a scientist.
I did a year on Paleo and it did alleviate basically all so called leaky gut symptoms. Then again, leaky gut symptoms are rather vague but debilitating nonetheless.1 -

Supposedly, Paleo intrinsically supports gut health because gluten is the big bad boy.1 -
I’m trying to find the diet that best works for me, and believe I might have leaky gut. Not sure how I would really prove or disprove this?0

Cut out gluten and processed foods and see how it goes?1 -

Gluten is not bad for you unless you are allergic to it4

Can we also discuss My 600 Pound Life and how, interestingly, a good percentage of the show's subjects are married or have live in sex partners?1

I used to think Dr. Now's pre surgery diet plan was Paleo but I read the printout and it allows grains.2

If we were to believe leaky gut did in fact exist, which it may, studies have shown gluten is a factor in most cases with people with celiac disease and or IBS5
