Does anyone have any tips or progress pics to share? I am looking for motivation in starting to loose weight.

Tips: put your stats into mfp, choose a reasonable rate of lose (we all want to lose 2lbs a week but it's not always achievable or sustainable) log your exercise if you do any eat back half your calories earned (calorie burns can be inflated) get a good scale if you don't already have one weigh and log everything you eat and drink, sauces, oils condiments all add up. Don't give up weight loss isn't linear some weeks you will lose weight and some you won't you may even appear to gain some weeks due to all sorts of reasons e.g water retention, sodium levels & time of the month2
