please i need help

hi everyone 🌺 iam samer
120kg ,189cm ,2500 calories ,30 y old
i used from the first week to consuming
between 2000 ,2400 calories every day.
training 7 days 6km , 500 rope jumping.
i lose 9 kg/2 months ago using 1500 calories without calculate sport but this diet was very hard and felt very tired and that is why i changed my plan using this app, the question
1- what do you think about my new plan is it right to losing fats? healthy ?
2- need someone to give me the right % of carb ,fats,protein
