@Chelle8070 I hear that yes the goal to running a mile is pacing yourself build heart rate up don’t get on treadmill and run fast as u can then stop u should run at speed you can still have a conversation

I’m not up to 7mph just yet but I’m working on it
I started couch to 5k in January but couldn’t even do the second week intervals.... so I just did my own thing.
Good luck in the competitions! I can’t imagine how much work goes into that

Our annual beach trip starts in 17 weeks. I'd like to be down another 25-30lbs and have a nice, active summer. We have a backyard pool that we'll open in early April, looking forward to that, and I really need to start walking more again.0
