Not many celebrities that have a similar body type as me since I am short but I like Meagan Grubb's booty a lot, J. Lo, and other curvy women. I like a curvy but fit look. Most celebs are way too skinny to me.

All about that bass. Yea? Lol

    Reppin curves all day.

Yahoooo! Are there fellow Kdrama addicts here???
    Taec-yeon inspires me majorly.

    Unhealthy Obsession with them!

Hahah! Ok good to know I am not the only one. I don't know why, but it always thrills me to no end when I find fellow Kdrama/Kpop addicts. I am so used to being surrounded by people who don't even know what that is, that I can get overly-excited when I find people I can talk with about it.

Catherine Zeta Jones has an incredible figure and she seems healthily solid as well.
I don't see any harm with having inspirations. Pulling a Mr. Ripley is totally freaky, granted. But, I think that admiring other people and using that as motivation to be better is a healthy thing.
It is only when we become jealous, try to become someone else, or act like we own people that we drift into the dark side.

I definitely have a list of inspirations.

my child likes Kpop. As for admiration of someone....i just want to be the one that someone else wants to emulatee as far as physique....I better get right on it...lol

I get the fun of using celebrity models/examples but why not build your own "ideal body shape" - go to myshape.fitness (google it) and you can build your own 3D avatar shape and then track progress toward that. Maybe they should have some "J Lo" settings to help with that definition! :D

I feel like I spend too long looking at men, lol. I can't think of any women that I admired for long enough to recall a particular person. I would definitely admire as I saw them, but I don't recall a woman's body that I stuck to.

That's how I was until I started really thinking about it!..then realized it was her aha.

Guys are hard to find the physique I like too aha. Some physiques just Work for a person, so that's why I like it. ...but sometimes it is hard to come up with a specific Thing that you would want yourself - or see everday aha.

I will have to think about it! I think I would like to find someone with a body more like mine, but in shape (someone who is shorter, but also carries more weight in their upper body - i.e. chest and arms). Someone I can think of is Twice's Jihyo.

I like it! .. like Twice too! Aha. Workout to the songs...

Korean dramas are my favorite movie genre. I downloaded an app recently that has all the Korean and Japanese movies and TV shows.

There are plenty of celebrities where I think it would have been nice to have been blessed with those genetics. Especially facial features. Because you can work on your body....but face...not too much you can do there outside of plastic surgery.

Got any kdrama recommendations? I haven't gotten into it too much beyond watching a few shows that have my favorite idols in them, but I'd like to.

Yes!! Two of my all time favorite movies are Harmony and Miracle in Cell No. 7. Both somewhat similar and equally heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. I don't think I've ever had a movie affect me as much as Harmony. I'm not an emotional person, but I was ugly sobbing.

I have never heard of either of these before, I will add these two to my list to watch too.
    I hope Viki has these...

I love Japanese and Korean dramas! I honestly used to think that I was just not romantic, since I avoid romcoms like the plague. That was until I watched K&Jdramas, that is.

As for Korean beauty, I think it is heartbreaking when I see the kinds of diets and pressures that exist for their celebrities. I still love Korean dramas, but I would rather watch their actors and actresses without the surgery.
Having said that, I follow a 8-step skin care regime and have a ton of celebrities in my Pinterest list.

I like switching it up between Japanese drama and Korean dramas for multiple reasons, but on a shallower note, it is endearing to me to watch actors with slightly crooked teeth, ears that stick out and all the normal imperfections that make us human.

My favourite male celebrities (at present) are Miura Hamura, OK Taec-yeon, Ji Sung, and Kim JaeJoon. Oh! And Big Bang's T.O.P - I love his vocals.
It's funny, I definitely notice female bodies, but for guys, it is all about their facial expression, eyes and their voice.

    Personal Top Eight Dramas:

    Healer
    Signal
    Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo
    Kill Me, Heal Me
Hours of My Life (Boku No Ita Jikan)
    Oh My Venus
    Dear Sister (Japanese)
    Coffee Prince

If you feel like something fluffy and light, "Oh My Venus" is great.

Want to cry your heart out and be inspired? "Hours of My Life" (Boku No Ita Jikan)

Suspense that will have you binge-watching? "Signal"

Complicated relationships? "Dear Sister" and "Coffee Prince"

Incredible acting (on the male lead's side), and even more complicated drama? "Kill Me, Heal Me"

If you want a blockbuster (mixture of romance, suspense, comedy, etc) try "Healer"

And if you want something that is moving, inspiring and makes you feel good, try "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo"

Have fun! And let us know if you find something good.

Who knew that I would find fellow Kdrama lovers here! Ahaha.

Netflix gold: Mr. Sunshine. Historical and a bit over the top in um... fighting, but very very very good. Gets ya in the feels, with well-timed comedy. Trust me, it gets better and better as it goes!

I second MadMax list, but I would add:

It's Okay That's Love (PHENOMENAL). Music, characters, stories. It is just soft and well done. Deals with mental disorders. Very refreshing!

Oh my Venus got me motivated to workout and focus on my goals again aha. Though I don't quite like their fat-shaming...I just absolutely love it all around!

I am currently watching: What's Wrong With Secretary Kim, and it has me cracking up but also gets the feels. So far quite enjoyable too! The man's body is a dream aha. Speaking of physiques aha. (Oh my Venus too.)

If you haven't seen Goblin, that is a Must. Just cinematically beautifully done, timing is perfect, love the characters. ...I wanted to kick the ending, but whatever, still absolutely loved it. I believe they did Mr. Sunshine too. Has similar cinematography.

One that I haven't seen in a long while but found to just be silly and yet enjoyable was Flowerboy Next Door. Just plain lovable!

A similar title, Flowerboy ramyun shop- it is just rediculous aha. Which is part of its charm (over-the-top dramatics that make it seem more like you are watching live action manga almost aha).

And last but not least: To the Beautiful You. It has a similar plot to many others, ie Coffee Prince, but its execution is refreshing and I jus like it aha.

I have more that I have watched and enjoyed but these will do I think aha

I just started I'ts Ok, That's Love. It is fantastic!!! Thanks so much for your recommendation.
    Oh, I also forgot:
Bring It On, Ghost if you like supernatural/horror stuff. It isn't really that scary, but it is at first for a RomCom.
I kinda have a crush... ok, fine I do.... on OK Taecyeon, so I may be majorly biased. But, I love it enough that I would totally rewatch it right now.
