My plan is to work in the morning, do my lifting when I get home, and then park my bum in my pool in the afternoons.0

I'm wishing/hoping that my shoulder heals soon so that I can have shoulder like @AnnPT77 by summertime.
Aw, you're sweet! :flowerforyou: To my summer goals, I'd add giving you an in-person li'l ol' lady hug, if it were feasible . . . for now, an MFP virtual one will have to do.

I gotta climb a mountain! It's been my epic goal for three years now, and I'm doing it this summer even if I have to crawl up!6

Be outside as much as possible (like every summer), and drive out west - Wyoming, I think - and hike/ride around for a couple of weeks. Might be a trip down to the Delta, too. We'll see!2

Get in shape for the Marine Corps Marathon. My goal is sub 4 while keeping my bodyweight above 190. This will be my first marathon so my goal isn't to go super fast, just decent while still maintaining or even progressing a little in my strength.0

My goal is to continue to workout more than 150 minutes a week and to lose approximately 25 pounds in time for my physical with my doctor. It's been 2 years since I've seen her and I would like to show that I've made progress in my health, even though I didn't lose as much weight as I should've. I've been working out 5-6 days a week for 4 months now! Either way, something is better than nothing! I'd prefer to get out of the obese BMI, but I don't know if it's realistic.5

Increase my before work runs from 5k to 5miles1

To step up my running to 4 times a week and to lose a further stone (14 lbs) to take me to 130lbs.0

My goals for the summer are to prep my fall classes, get around to the research and writing I don't have time to do during the academic year, get started on my (hopefully) last pre-tenure review portfolio, step my short runs back up to 10k, check out some trails we haven't hiked yet, and visit my grandpa for his 96th birthday.6 -
Not injure my high hamstring and run 5 miles in 45 minutes.0

Lots of running. Sub 50 10k is my main goal for the summer. Weight wise lose these final stubborn 10lbs1

We are going to Disney. Hoping to get to 118 pounds by June 1! Currently at 131.0 pounds. Started at 146 on January 1 so half way there! Then maintain the rest of the summer.1
