7 months, down 60 lbs, 42 waist to a 36.40 -
Ok- so being caught unaware to vain selfies but around 60lb down overall.45 -

So for the last two weeks I haven’t lost any weight but I’ve lost inches in my waist, hips, legs and arms. I’ve incorporated weight lifting and yoga (with my 60 minute elliptical machine workout) which I’m really loving. Blood pressure is way way down with meds and I’m working to lower the dosage/get off of them.
From 288 pounds to 227.6 pounds 2 years into retirement..and I’m hoping to be under 220 by my 52nd Birthday in June!!

I lost the weight in about 11 months (1 pound per week). I’ve been in maintenance for 10 months, and continue to lift progressively and keep some good cardio in my routine for my heart’s sake.5
