Hello guys,
I need to shred 4 more kg’s however I’ve started to feel incredibly hungry and fatigued. I train 6 times a week (weight training) and 10 min of skipping after each training. I work as a waitress 2 times a week for 20 h. I was eating 1500 before but starting to feel fatigued and tired so thinking to up my kcal to 1700. Does this sounds reasonable? I’m 54kg and 160cm, 28 years and female. Thank you

How did you pick 1,500 as your goal?
Are you losing weight right now? If so, how much are you averaging per week?1 -
Hey, I’ve used an online Tdee calculator as MyFitnessPal uses calories based on neat which is not as accurate. Yes I’ve lost 1.5kg in 14 days but I’ve stalled at 54 now. I am starting to feel fatigued and reckon I am not eating enough as I’ve upped my activity3

You’re already lean and you’re striving for leaner. Your body is clearly not pleased, considering your fatigue.
No, your current state is not reasonable.5 -

Why do you think NEAT is not as accurate? It’s just a different way of looking at it, a pre-exercise assessment which expects you to eat back calories when you do exercise. Should be the same as taking a deficit from TDEE which includes an exercise burn estimate from the outset.
And no, 1500 cals doesn’t sound sustainable for your stats and activity. Eat more.8
