Another one I don't log is hot sauce. Even though many say they are 0 calories, they really aren't especially in some of the quantities in which I use it (I estimated a bottle of Frank's red hot to be around 180 calories).

Same here! Sometimes I do but most of the time I don't log my hot sauce and I add it to a lot of stuff.

I regularly log ~70-100 Cal worth of ketchup/sriracha with some types of meals. And 50 to 100 Cal worth of gum on a gum chewing day... and 50 Cal worth of black instant and drip coffee (why does instant have so many more calories? why?)

In the big scheme of things it doesn't affect anything and it won't determine my weight loss or weight gain.

I have to log my creamer :( I started measuring it during this process and was drinking like 150-200 calories of creamer between my morning coffee and iced coffee in the afternoon! On a 1200 calorie diet that’s a lot!

@nooshi713 You are supposed to log gum????

Most sugar-free gum is 5 calories a stick. It's not much, which is why a lot of people don't log it, but it can add up if you chew a lot of gum.

If you are chewing the gum for at least 30 mins you are burning as much by the chewing as you have ingested by the gum. Calorie burn for gum chewing is 11 calories an hour!
