How do you figure out the calories in flat cut corned beef once it’s cooked? I think the calories on the package are for the precooked weight?

Use the precooked weight. What percentage did you eat?

She ^^ thinks you are referring to processed deli corned beef.

Use the USDA database for cooked corned beef.

Ok, haven’t eaten it yet. I’ll check usda.

Well, if you like it with a lot of fat on it like I do, be sure you are not looking at the trimmed or lean count. And, if you have to guess at it, it will be about 4-5 calories per gram.

worst case, just treat it like a normal brisket. USDA entry for cooked brisket flat, lean only, braised/cooked is about 60-70 calories per ounce. Not too far from most red meat.
