How do you figure out the calories in flat cut corned beef once it’s cooked? I think the calories on the package are for the precooked weight?

worst case, just treat it like a normal brisket. USDA entry for cooked brisket flat, lean only, braised/cooked is about 60-70 calories per ounce. Not too far from most red meat.1
