How do you figure out the calories in flat cut corned beef once it’s cooked? I think the calories on the package are for the precooked weight?

    She ^^ thinks you are referring to processed deli corned beef.

    Use the USDA database for cooked corned beef.

    Well, if you like it with a lot of fat on it like I do, be sure you are not looking at the trimmed or lean count. And, if you have to guess at it, it will be about 4-5 calories per gram.

    worst case, just treat it like a normal brisket. USDA entry for cooked brisket flat, lean only, braised/cooked is about 60-70 calories per ounce. Not too far from most red meat.
