Let's continue, no break in consistency! From March 21, 2019 to September 24, 2019. BYE BYE Winter. Not sorry to see you go. You slowed us down, but we didn't give up! Warmer weather gets us moving out and about, BUT oh those cookouts, bbq's and picnics do come a callin'! This DOES NOT have to be the time of year that results in weight gain. What is your stumbling block? Be supportive! We can work it out together. Maybe a challenge within this challenge could help? Let's discuss and do it! Along the way, let's have some fun!

Sounds fun! I decided last night to try and get back into running today, so sounds like a good incentive to keep going π My surprise early 30s baby (2 months premature) will be one on the 31st and getting back to myself is harder this go around then it was with my older 2 at age 20 and 23 whew! Lol

Hi, my name is Jenn and I am 39. I'm back for another round. The last one was not one of my best ones, only lost 3.5 pounds. With all of the holidays and vacations I bounced around the same 10 pounds. My lowest was 148 something and my highest was 157 something. So a new challenge and a new start! My second oldest will be graduating in May and its also my anniversary month so I want to be well in the 140's and hopefully below 145!

(1) I usually hit "Quote at the end of my last weigh in post. It will appear in the reply box. Then add current day information.
(2) You can also copy your post before you reply and save it in a notepad app on your cell phone or save it in a word doc on your computer. That way it is always accessible to you to add your new daily weights offsite of MFP. Then just copy it each day and paste it in the reply on the challenge board.
**MFP only gives 1 hour of time after posting to edit.
