I've been doing these particular gluteal exercises off and on as my muscles allow. I think I am ready to step it up, but not every day for glutes. Twice a week is good enough for me right now. I haven't done this type of challenge in 5 years. 20 years ago, I was always participating in 30 days abs and squats challenges. Core exercise was always an every day workout for me. Need to go do them now! π³

Tempting lol... I already lift 2-3 days a week and run 3 with a rest day, but it looks fun. Would def have to have a rest day here and there to let the muscles repair and rebuild lol.1 -
Bridgette, @BB_1033, Nice loss! When I first saw this challenge I thought, is this real? Lol. Granted, there are not a lot of reps until towards the end, but still not everyday in addition to your normal workout. Cannot constantly hammer without rest.1
