Hi, my name is Jenn and I am 39. I'm back for another round. The last one was not one of my best ones, only lost 3.5 pounds. With all of the holidays and vacations I bounced around the same 10 pounds. My lowest was 148 something and my highest was 157 something. So a new challenge and a new start!

April 5, 2019 ~ 148.1 loving this! staying focused this time and really trying to get below 145.
4/12 ~ 148.8 up just a bit this week, but had dinner out last night and a couple of beers
4/19 ~ 151.9 first day back from vacation. Was gone 5 days and didn't do terrible. Kinda of impressed with myself.
4/26 ~ 147.6 Good week so far. Luckily most of last week was water weight and sodium from vacation. Hopefully May will be a little better, but happy with April's progress.
April EW: 147.6 Lost 2.5 pounds (7.6 pounds left)
May 3 ~ 147.3 Only down 3/10 of a pound, but it was my anniversary this week.
5/10 ~ 146.5 New low and happy with this. Hopefully I am well out of the 150's.
5/17 ~ 148.0 2 restaurant meals yesterday, but well worth it. 2nd oldest graduated high school yesterday!

5/31 ~ 149.3 I am finishing a little up this month, but May has been rough. Still in the 140's though!

Found out while on vacation that weβll be moving internationally with only one monthβs notice. Needless to say, βvacationβ suddenly became a lot less relaxing! Now we are back home & scrambling to make arrangements.

Donna, @deepwoodslady, cramping could be from insufficient potassium OR magnesium. I'll check into it. From my own experience, and since I have increased my potassium intake, no leg cramps, but I sometimes have some DOOZY foot cramps! That has got to be from insufficient magnesium. I will find some info on it.0

Thanks Tish. Awoke again last night with the doozy foot cramp. It's awful! Any info would be great!0
