Hello! So I just started a workout routine, and I want to hold myself accountable. I’m open to ANY advice, or even to offer support to others on their fitness journey. My goal is to lose 40 pounds, and many inches!!

Set yourself to lose 1 lb per week, maaaaybe 1.5lbs (but that would be too aggressive for some people), log accurately and consistently hitting that calorie goal, and be patient. Don't set yourself too many rules - calories determine weight loss, any other focuses should be things that help you stick to your calorie goal as easily as possible. :drinker:0
