For the past few days about an hour after lunch until I have my dinner I feel really gassed up and bloated and like I could do.with a good poo but can go. I have a curried loaf for lunch made up.of eggs chickpea and lentil Dahl and rice. This is around 300 cals and I have it with salad and 30gs of cheddar cheese....is this causing my bloating? Breakfast is weetabix with a banana and after lunch I have an activia yoghurt. It's so.uncomfortsble....what good would be better to eat to stop me feeling like this?

This sounds like it could be a lot of fiber. Is this more fiber than you're usually eating?1
