Take a moment and think. What does beauty mean to you?

Symmetrical facial features.
Clearly defined jaw and neckline.
I prefer eyes that are not deepset and foreheads that don't jut.
Prominent cheekbones are attractive.
I prefer thinner lips but not razor thin.
I like V shaped men with masculine and minamalistic bums.

Tough question. My ex wife was a stunner and one of the least beautiful people I've ever met, while some of the most beautiful people I've ever met would never win a beauty contest.
There's so much good stuff to say about physical beauty and attraction, but, for me if the grace, caring, sharing and loving personality isn't there, then the rest will lose it's allure over time.
Short answer - my wife

I used to get scenic calendars from British Columbia. Some of the shots were just breath-taking.27 -
Beauty to me is every trail, mountain, tree, animal, sunset or sunrise that I see when I'm hiking.
Also beautiful are the very kind souls that I meet on trail.13 -

Yeah, I took it as a cat-loving thing too because of same as above. So I clicked on it because i'm a crazy cat lady too so anything cat-related I will click on even if have nothing to contribute.
I didn't think catty or bitchy.
But, I don't know.
As for beauty? It's in the eye of the beholder.
And also, I find that someone can be technically beautiful, but still not be attractive sexually (to me anyway - for example Brad Pitt - I can see that he is a good looking individual, but I would not do him - zero attraction for me in that sense)9 -
PS - I also have a black cat like the OP's =^.^=1

Beauty is more than physical to me it’s someone’s overall aura, their mannerisms, how they talk, laugh.. things like that.
Physical beauty... anything that resembles her.

I thought it was from the movie Super Troopers. Part of the "cat game" to see how often they can get away with saying "meow" instead of "now". From the movie:"All right meow. Hand over your license and registration."7 -
Perhaps we were meant to debate the use of "meow" in the thread title?
Although I suppose we could dig deeper into why the "B" in beauty was capitalized in the title.

Everyone most definitely has a type. Mine? Tall, dark, really nice smile, brown big eyes, perhaps a beard. With that being said I can recognize beauty in most people regardless of having a “type”1
