Do you track salad etc

I haven't logged or tracked anything in 6 years...I've been on these forums since the fall of 2012.
As for the OP...when I was logging I loosely tracked vegetables and salads and whatnot. I did not feel the need to be super precise with those things. I am also a male and was losing about 1 Lb per week on 2300ish calories, so I had more wiggle room than someone with a tiny calorie allotment so YMMV.0
