Would love to get to 146 this month and get my 10 day average (another challenge I do) in the 140's. Have been in the low 150's for weeks now and can't seem to get out of them. Hopefully April is better than March! My weigh in days will be Wednesday.

April 3: 149.6 Yeeaaahhh!! So happy to be back in the 140's! 2 more pounds and I will be back to my January weight before my February hiatus!

April 24: 148.1 this is after a 5 day vacation last week and Easter. May not meet my goal, but I will be really close hopefully!

I had gained last week and was so disappointed with myself. I’m learning so much during this weight loss journey. Like how carb sensitive I am. Proud of everyone!!5 -
