6 oz (meat wt) grilled t-bone lamb chops, 1 cup steamed rice, 1/2 cup steam corn niblets and 15 oz (3 glasses) of a cheap sauv blanc.

We've got a gallery opening near the famous, cheap, BYO Turkish grill. I normally order the lamb shish but might take Ottolenghi's suggestion and order something with the yoghurt, tomato and butter sauce.

Veggie stirfry mix steamed- Sunflower lechithin, miso, rosemary garlic parsley and Firm tofu with cinnamon and stevia. Green smoothy I didn't finish earlier today0

So what you see is ~350kcal and contains... it is still low, but I tried doubling my portion sizes:
130g chicken breast fillet
~100g broccoli
50g cheese cream
60g tomato
50g corn
0.2 cucumber large
2 teaspoons of olive oil [1 went for the chicken and the other for the salad mixture]
For dinner I will have 2 eggs and I don't know yet how to acompany them... If someone has some good healthy suggestions I am open to hearing (I have about 500 kcal to fill).0 -
I'm making fish/leek soup.
454g of mixed fish pieces (no skin bones or fins) mostly flounder and trout, sauteed leeks, Swanson vegetable broth, Better than Bouillon Lobster Base, and minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes. Maybe some left over potato chunks. Probably toss some shrimp in right before serving. Serves 4.1 -

Spaghetti squash with chicken, cauliflower, tomato sauce, and some potatoes. I did a 5K today and a strength training session so need the carbs!0
