I like 153 more than 155 by a lot. Now, I like low 151 more than 153 by a lot. Leaner, more trim waist- finally. Will decide in May whether to lower high weight of my maintenance range again.

Thrilled. Last night was tough not to eat out, but I did it. Sometimes I have to use willpower when my habits slip up.
Lowest Weight in the past 49 YEARS. Wow.
April 17: 150.4 in Main Range 1 (Day 10)
Yesterday I packed (and ate healthier choices), but really wanted to eat out. Activated my half price spending money plan & went to a craft store & spent half what I would have spent on dinner. Ate healthily at home. Rewarded on scale this AM. AND I have an inspiring magazine to fuel my art practice!
I won’t do this often, but it will be my last resort method to dismiss those unhealthy cravings.

April 19: 151.6 Maintenance Range 2 (Day 12) Eeps! Mexican food - Under budget. Heartburn- must stop this Friday night habit.😕
April 20: 153.4 Italian + dessert
Tons of exercise. Heart is significantly stronger!! 130bpm instead of 170’s
April 21: 153.8 grilled tuna sand with fries, no dessert, not enough exercise😕
April 22: 153.6 chicken quesadilla, hash browns, dessert 🙁
