Anyone else working on their revenge body?

Of course I want to lose weight and be the healthiest I can be but revenge is my main motivator at this point in time. Yes, the revenge mentality may give way eventually but right now it’s working.

If it's working for you, fair enough. Sustainability is the obvious concern however,

I'm not crazy about using that as motivation, but maybe it can be a good way to jump-start healthier behaviors.

OP - How did you come to using revenge as motivation for losing weight? I have an idea from the context, but if you feel ok sharing, I'm curious about what you mean by this.

From a relationship where I wasn’t good enough to commit to because of my weight.

I did use revenge as motivation, but as soon as I got over him I stopped feeling the need to rub his face in my victory. I haven't lost anything for about a year now. I need new motivation

Right now this is fresh so I don’t see that happening but I would love to not care someday.

I guess this never really even crossed my mind. My ex husband and most of my ex boyfriends were pretty into big ladies and I am not so sure they would be all that impressed by my current figure. I am though and so is my husband so there's that.

No one cares about what you look like more than you. Do it for you. That’s a whole lotta energy to put out for someone else, and tbh they probably don’t care.
