    Missed the last couple of months, but I'm back and in for 60.

    April 20 2 min 11/30 Since I upped the difficulty level I can't do the 5 mins/workout that I was doing before. I am going to moderate my goal to 30. It will still be a challenge to get there at this point.

    Last day everyone! Get those last few planks in. I barely squeezed my last 10 minutes in this morning.

    I have an announcement, I am probably not going to continue the challenge past this month. If someone else wants to continue it, they are certainly welcome and can copy/paste any of the material in the main post to do so. I just have not had time lately to even post my updates on a regular basis.

    I've enjoyed the challenge, and hope someone will choose to continue it. I may come back at some point if nobody else takes over, hopefully things will slow down for me toward the end of this year.

    Thank you all for participating, and it's been a pleasure seeing you all getting better and stronger at planking. It's amazing that you all come back month after month for this grueling exercise. Even if there's no challenge next month, keep working on your core with planks, there's room for plank in any workout routine, and hopefully you all know now how long you can hold a plank at this point and which types are most beneficial. I believe that fitness starts with a strong core, from there anything is possible!
