I've Lost 50 pounds - starting here to lose 50 more ... hopefully ;-)

Hey MFP! I always swore I wouldn't count calories again, but here I am.

My weight has yo-yoed all my life, and my lowest was 144 about 10 years ago. I steadily gained and gained until I was 266 pounds (5'4'', F, 36yrs old) in 2017. This morning, I weigh in at 215.8 (super precise, lol). I lost the first 50 through just making more sensible choices, exercising more, and giving up any alcohol Sun-Thurs. Now, I want to kick things up a notch. I'll be largely counting my macros, and I'm committed to not only my Jillian Michaels app, but also at least 5 days of hard cardio at the gym (I like the StairMaster for max pain & results).

I'll still have two "cheat" meals a week (nothing major - but just a few more indulgences) and I like my wine and G&DT's on Fridays/Saturdays because life is short, and I can't do this if it isn't sustainable.

Hopefully I can make some buddies on here to find some inspiration & discuss nachos, because NACHOS...!!! Seriously though, hi! :)
