To answer your original question, the best "diet" drinks are the ones that don't contain any calories, I prefer to eat my calories. So your best bet is to stick with things like water, black coffee, and unsweetened tea.2

I think you are confused. Weight Watchers does not recommend low protein. Matter of fact there are many protein foods on their "free list". Chicken, fish, eggs to name a few.4 -
I’ve give my self a head ache I was told about skinny revolution aswell but right now I think I will try what I’ve been trying1

141 carbs is what I’m allowed a day according to my scanner meal plan1

Forget about macros, carbs, Weight Watchers, Skinny Revolution, all of that. It all comes down to calories for weight loss. As was suggested above, read this thread:

Do you have a specific medical reason why you must restrict carbs, such as diabetes? If not, you don't need to worry about carbs at all. They are not directly relevant for weight loss. Weight loss happens when you are consistently in a calorie deficit, and it doesn't matter how many of those calories come from carbs.
Do you have a specific medical reason why you can't eat late at night, such as acid reflux? If not, then you don't need to stop eating at a particular time. The idea that eating at night is detrimental to weight loss is a myth.
Barring any medical conditions, all you need to do is set MFP to a reasonable pace of weight loss for your stats, and then consistently eat the number of calories it gives you. Get a food scale and weigh all solid food to be sure that your logging is accurate.5 -
Am I the only one who was gonna go the whole diet soda route?2

What’s soda route0

just eat close to 1200 calories of what every food you like. Thats if for weight loss, don't make it more difficult than it has to be.3
