    To answer your original question, the best "diet" drinks are the ones that don't contain any calories, I prefer to eat my calories. So your best bet is to stick with things like water, black coffee, and unsweetened tea.

    Wow that’s good but also quite omg where to begin I’m so confused get told one thing and I have to try another I’ve kept to my goals as in carbs etc but don’t seem to be able to get to 1200 cals a day still have 432 to go but won’t eat now to late

    Who told you to keep carbohydrates and protein low? Unless you have a specific medical condition that requires it, that's terrible advice.

    Low carbohydrate diets are optional for weight loss.

    I think you are confused. Weight Watchers does not recommend low protein. Matter of fact there are many protein foods on their "free list". Chicken, fish, eggs to name a few.

    just eat close to 1200 calories of what every food you like. Thats if for weight loss, don't make it more difficult than it has to be.

    Has a doctor told you that you need to?

    If no, then no. Just focus on your overall calorie goal. For your health, you want to ensure you get enough protein and fat, but weight loss is created by a calorie deficit.
