Recommend some good workouts

Can someone link me to some good workous to build muscle and gain strength with a 3 day split per week? I would prefer proven/professional workouts and dont mind paying for them. I dont mind spending more than an hour in the gym. I am at an intermediate level for bodybuilding.

bodybuilding.com have plenty of workout routines. Since you're looking to workout 3 times a week, look for a full body split. Or if you want to do one of your own, pick 3 compound movements, one for each day, and fill the rest of your workouts with accessories, but hitting your entire body0
