This is my 6th round! I have had lots of success during this process. I am going to be on my diet break during this entire round eating at maintenance to reset. I reached my 192.0 pound goal on my official weigh in day Friday April 19th. I'm also curious to see how the process works at maintenance for the future. We'll see how it goes! Good luck to all!

Day/Weight/Comment
04/23: 195.4 (A slight decrease back to baseline! I ate around 1600 calories yesterday AND worked out, so I'm still at a deficit since my maintenance calories are set at 1960. It's pretty difficult to eat more during the week. I guess this means I'll have extra treats over the weekend. I did a 10 minute elliptical workout followed by 15 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical and finally a core workout. I made Cajun grilled chicken with asparagus and had some rice.)
04/24: 194.2 (I'm having a hard time sticking to my calories! Yesterday I ate 1375 calories and did a 50 minute elliptical workout. I was supposed to have 2613 calories with my maintenance and exercise calories . At least I'm going down toward my maintenance weight of 192.0 pounds. I made spaghetti and meatballs last night and had a decent sized bowl.)
04/25: 193.4 (My boss brought me an unexpected glazed donut and large hot chocolate from Dunkin Donuts yesterday. Oh goodness! Definitely not planned, but I drank half the hot chocolate and donut since the sugar content was too much for my liking. I did a 25 minute elliptical workout mixed with some HIIT. I made some grilled chicken pitas yesterday for dinner. So this loss is pretty nice considering the sugar high I had.)
04/26: 193.4 (I gained 1.4 pounds since last Friday. I calculated my calories from last Friday until last night and I had a deficit of almost 4500 calories over the week and still gained. I've been eating lots of high sodium things these past few days and I'm sure that is the reason for the gain. I've also increased exercise by 5 minutes this week per day but I don't think it would've made that much of a difference. Last night I had 2 slices of pizza for dinner and it was my day off from exercise too.)
04/27: 195.0 (30 minutes of weight training. Not feeling too great to post anything else other than that.)
04/28: 196.2 (50 minutes on the elliptical. Still doing maintenance but having a hard time eating all this food.)
04/29: 197.8 (Another increase, which is okay because there's still a few days left until the end of the challenge and my weigh-in day Friday. I did 55 minutes on the elliptical and could not eat all the calories I had leftover for the week. Happy Monday!)
04/30: 196.8 (On the way down. I did a 30 minute elliptical workout with a core workout. Dinner last night was sesame chicken strips, broccoli and rice.)
05/01: 195.4 (I did a 55 minute elliptical workout last night and had tons of calories to eat. I definitely enjoyed dinner last night with the extra calories I got from my workout. One more day until the challenge ends. I hope to see a mini drop by tomorrow morning.)
05/02: 196.2 (Not what I wanted, but I maintained my weight on this challenge. All my fault since I had a sodium heavy dinner last night within maintenance calories. It was also my day off from working out.)

4/23 175.7 I skipped a round but still weighed every day. I missed the therapeutic experience of typing out my frustrations. I am happy enough with that number. I did see 172.7 while I was away but I knew it was an anomaly so I didn't change my weight. I have completed all three rings on my Apple watch 9 of the last 10 days, only 3 days this month when I didn't do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. To be fair I counted hours of yard work as exercise but I cut down 3 truckloads of brush in the last two weeks and hauled it off to the "green" dump. Below is a pic of my beautiful great niece on my lap. I am posting it because you can see my legs and for the first time in my life, I'm not completely embarrassed by them. Sure they're still big but not as lumpy. We had a great Easter.
4/24 177.7 Its water from leftover Easter ham. I swear I am never making ham again, 3 little ounces has 38% of your daily recommended amount of sodium. Do you think I only had 3 oz? I think 2 pounds gained in 24 hours tells the story better than I can. Went to the gym for an hour on the machines. Driving today, I may or may not stop to walk. Depends on the weather and how tired I am when I get there. I'm torn between keeping my exercise streak on my phone and tired legs. But after being stuck in the car for a couple of hours a thirty-minute walk would feel good.
4/25 No Scale I stopped for my walk, three miles only. It kept looking like it was going to rain. The bluffs are so cool at this spot. Turkey vultures nest on top, so you are treated to an aerial show on the way. I stayed within goal despite the froyo for dessert.
4/26 No Scale I took a short walk yesterday and had a good work day. Today work a little in the morning (just at the hotel, no need to dress like a banker) then hit the road. I'm looking for new trails that are close to the highway. I love the All Trails app. I really wish I would have had it when I was traveling around the country and not just to St Louis. Oh well. Stayed within goal yesterday and found a new health food conscious restaurant to go for lunch. Happy Friday ya'll!
4/27 174.4 Back down and happy. I would like to see 16X at some point in my life. I got in a two-mile walk at a pretty little park in Wentzville. I was feeling too tired for much else. Drove home and went to dinner with girlfriends.
4/28 175.2 Yard work was my only exercise but that was four hours of not stopping. The yard looks sooooo much better. Supposed to have a fun date with the man but TOM decided it wouldn't be as fun.
4/29 174.9 More yard work supplemented with hours of housework. When you travel all the time you can't do the little things during the week you would normally do so you're stuck wasting your weekends and days off doing it.
4/30 174.3 Down during this annoying TOM is always good. I'm on the 18th day in a row of hitting my Move goal and my 16th day in a row of three perfect rings. Tonight is weights but by tomorrow I'm going to be jonesing for the trail. Three days without walking is the longest stretch in several months.
5/1 174.3 At least there wasn't a gain. I did not go to the gym last night. I have felt tired for days, MS will do that to me sometimes. I went to bed early, my body was tired but my brain wasn't. Didn't fall asleep until after midnight. My "workout" was an hour and a half of taking ALL hanging clothes out of my closet and trying them on and sorting into donations and things my friends might want. I now have about 10 things hanging up. I am mad at myself that there were a couple of blouses that I had kept for "when I lose 20 pounds" and when I tried them on they were too big. I mean that's a mad I can live with but still, I should have checked sooner. I just assumed they wouldn't fit, body dysmorphia- am I right???
5/2 173.7 A loss for the round! It's a spring miracle! Two pounds for the round. Probably all water weight but who cares! I'm glad I took a round off and glad I rejoined. Good luck on Round 76!15 -

4/26 – 229.2 Why yes, I do feel like a YoYo – ughhhhh weight fluctuations - gotta stay focused so they are only fluctuations not permanents! Thankful for the accountability that these daily check-ins gives me – it has helped me to understand that sometimes I YoYo but if I don’t derail when I see the spiked #s then I keep on losing and that’s the goal!

I misspoke when I said the daily weigh ins hold me accountable...the daily weigh ins help me understand my personal fluctuations. My weight fluctuates...I can gain or lose a couple pounds day to day…without a direct correlation to what I did the day before. Understanding this has been HUGE…I have gotten so discouraged in the past when I saw higher numbers and have thrown in the towel believing it wasn’t working. So thankful for these challenges and the learnings from participating!
You may not see results as soon as you’d like but every smart choice is affecting you!

I am a 50 year old 5'5" woman. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.
I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after. I have been participating in this challenge since Round 40.

4/23 -177 - 36 carbs, 28g net carbs. Carbs were: spaghetti squash, vegetables in meat sauce, mexican squash, unleavened bread, guacamole.
4/24 - 175.2 - 39g carbs, 36g net carbs. Carbs were: arugula, balsamic, sweet potato unleavened bread.
4/25 - 176.2 - 33g carbs, 29g net carbs. Carbs were: salad, arugula, creamed chipped beef, unleavened bread, onion in tuna, balsamic vinegar.
4/26 - 176.6 - 59g carbs, 53g net carbs. Carbs were: sweet potato unleavened bread, spaghetti squash, chili sauce, quinoa w/vegetables, vegetables in meat sauce. Early weigh in for yesterday's fasting schedule. Didn't eat until hour 22.
4/27 - 177 - 54g carbs, 49g net carbs. Carbs were: unleavened bread, spaghetti squash, broccoli, ingredients in turkey burger, blueberries on goat cheese.
4/28 - 178.2 -
172g carbs, 163g net carbs. Woo! Yeah. The end of holy week and yes I DID want starchy carbs! It's over now. Back to work, time to bring these carb grams back down. Carbs were: peanut butter, unleavened bread, crackers, blueberries on goat cheese, cookies, apple, carrot & celery in chicken salad. I COULD have eaten salad, but that grasshopper is still on my mind. Lol.
4/29 - 179.8 - 104g carbs, 93g net carbs. Carbs were: lettuce wrapped double cheeseburger, fries, chili sauce, kale, quinoa w/vegetables. Last minute decision to visit grands. Did not take food with me, 😑 always a mistake when we visit my DS and DIL. Back to a consistent daily fasting schedule today and low carbs!
4/30 - 179 - 17gcarbs, 13g net carbs. Carbs were: peanut butter, salad arugula.
5/01 - 178.4 - 35g carbs, 32g net carbs. Carbs were: crackers (10), peanut butter, salad, celery, carrot & apple in chicken salad. Bit of a step back with the crackers yesterday. I also do not want to return to eating peanut butter everyday. I like it, but not as much as I've been eating it. I eat it when I don't want fish, meat, poultry or eggs and need to boost my protein. Sometimes, I eat it to break my fast, when I'm really hungry, but not in the mood for food. I've thought about mixing my collagen protein with my whey protein isolate, except I'd rather eat than drink my calories. I'll figure it out.
5/2 - 177.2 - 22g carbs, 18g net carbs. Carbs were: peanut butter, salad, salad dressing, ingredients in turkey burger.

Meal planned, shopped, worked out, no-mayo tuna salad for dinner and meal prepped. Good day, but should have taken the pups for a walk instead of spending the last 40 minutes on the couch. Awesome plan for today and will get in some steps in addition to working out my arms. No couch time tonight!

Did good on portion control with my skinnytaste bolognese sauce with penne (pasta is my FAVORITE). But at my little meeting last night had an extra glass of wine and 5 hershey kisses. Did NOT come home and have another as I usually would so celebrating the small successes! I will take the over half pound loss joyously!

Had lovely lunch for Admin Pro day. Best part? Walked in the sunshine to get there and back. Steps, Baby! But, boss encouraged a frosty beverage along with lunch. Odd thing is I was craving junk all the rest of the night and DID NOT want to work out. But guess what? I ate a handful of almonds and another skinnytaste muffin, got a big glass of water and after that had settled... I worked out. Was within 100 cals of daily goal with all that so just took a shower and slipped into bed. Better there than in the kitchen eating crap. It paid off because the scale is down almost another 2 lbs. My little hangover belly is almost gone when I stand up straight. Love those non-scale wins!

Leftover filet taco for lunch. Made an AWESOME pork tenderloin last night for dinner with half cup garlic mashed taters and a lovely arugula strawberry feta salad. So so so satisfying. Even had a couple glasses of wine and stayed within calorie range. Took the pups out. Measured myself this morning from 4/9 and down an inch in waist and hips, half inch breast and calf and a quarter on neck. Stupid thighs won't budge but we are getting there.
27-Apr... 190.2... -0.6
Leftover dinner for lunch and a nice sirloin steak with rice and spinach for dinner. Man do I NOT feel deprived, but I am HUNGRY this morning. Worked out, stayed busy and scale down again. This 10-dayer is turning out AWESOME. Going out to dinner with the fam tonight so MAKE GOOD CHOICES!

Bound to happen. I'm ok with it... chilling the rest of the day. Got up to 5.5 MPH on my run today for half a song on my 8 minute blast and felt SO good after the workout. I'm getting better at it all and can do so much more than just a month ago. Super proud!

So here is where it gets difficult. I am so so so busy with work and home life that making the time for meal plan/prep is non existent. Need to get my booty to the store and get healthy choices and plan lunch the night before. This uptick will drop off once I work out tonight and I HAVE to do it. No going backward on my killer C25K progress. 2 more days to get back to my almost 3 lb loss this round. I'm makin it happen!
1-May... 190.8... -1.6
That's more like it. I WORKED OUT LAST NIGHT. And let me tell you after being so proud of running 8 minutes twice over the weekend, when her little voice came on and said, "Ok, start running for....... 20 minutes..." I literally screamed out loud. Didn't want to work out in the first place after a 12 hour workday when I still had to get more done, I force myself, and the b!tch literally doubles my time. Gotta love C25K! Here's to a 1.6 lb loss and a new day! Kickin *kitten* and takin' names people! (that's my pump me up speech.. I'm tired already!)

@amn0619 Your intense workouts are probably causing water retention for muscle recovery. And that TMI issue doesn’t help either!2

What we need to succeed is a sustainable way of eating, not a DIET we go on and off.
This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE.
4/22 126.5
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
4/23 126.0 My 70th round! And my goal weight from 1986 WW!
4/24 125.5 Almost back to HS weight. Not really trying to lose now but I need to build some muscle so will just see what happens and increase my workouts, as much as I hate them! I have been a couch potato for as long as I can remember. I am still losing fat so I guess this is okay.
4/25 125.0 My high school weight in 1966-67 Lunch with friends today
4/26 126.0 Had lunch at Carlito’s. I had the stuffed sopapilla with green chili. And I ate 1/4 of the dessert sopapilla with honey. It was all delicious and it was an experiment to see how those things would affect me. It was more carbs in one meal than I usually eat in a week! We’ll see what happens over the next couple of days.
4/27 126.5 Totally okay with this. “Testing the waters” with increased carbs and maintaining.
4/28 126.5
4/29 126.0 Went to Asian buffet for lunch yesterday. Veggie tempura, spring roll, Rangoon. It was a carb loaded meal but I added some broccoli beef without the sauce and OMAD and I seem to be okay. No immediate effect, have to wait a couple of days to be certain.
4/30 126.5 Went to water fitness and the gym yesterday. Today is grandgirls’ last home softball game.
5/1 126.0 Happy May Day! Took one of granddaughters to dinner at Jimmy John’s last night after the game. Her sister from another mother didn’t even say hi or give me a hug because it is that mother’s week.
5/2 126.0 Tomorrow afternoon we begin 10 days of travel. I will try to get DD#1 back on Keto. She gave in to stresses and is having trouble getting back to it.
Don’t forget to join us in Round 76 tomorrow!
SW this round (4/02): 153.6
04/23 ON VACATION, NO SCALE. Ate junk food, no exercise.
04/24 153.6 Thrilled to start here after a week of vacation! And glad to be back with you all for this daily accountability.
04/25 152.2 Okay, pleased to see this number! If I can stay on track this weekend, I should be able to meet my goal for this round.
04/26 151.4 Probably only because I was under calories yesterday. Just wasn't feeling great.
04/27 149.4 YOU GUYS, I hit the 140s!!! But it's the weekend. If I want it to stick, I have to pretend I'm on weekday eating. I need a weekend mantra. "Don't mess it up" isn't the catchiest phrase ever.
04/28 148.8 Maybe I'm going to get to keep my 14_ and not bump up to 15_? I've already beaten my GW for this round, and if this number sticks, I'll have lost 9 lbs in 5 rounds of this challenge and nearly 5 this round! I've never had a woosh loss before so I don't yet believe it's possible...
04/29 149.6 Still in the (upper) 140s. Whew!
04/30 147.8 Interesting. I started keto yesterday and I probably doubled my salt intake and did an aerobics session as well, so assumed I'd at least be retaining water today. Down 2 lbs overnight can only mean water loss, though?
05/01 149.6 Okay, this seems more normal. I only had 838 calories yesterday (not on purpose!) so diet isn't the issue. But I'm two days out from an intense workout (Shaun T, for those of you who do Beachbody workouts), and the soreness has caught up to me. So. Sore. I think this is inflammation and muscle-related: "Intense workouts cause variability on the scale due to factors like hydration status, inflammation from muscle damage repair (we call this delayed onset muscle soreness), even the amount of intestinal by-product or urine and blood volume, Dolgan says." (Jeffrey A. Dolgan, a clinical exercise physiologist at Canyon Ranch) https://www.shape.com/weight-loss/tips-plans/help-why-does-my-workout-cause-weight-gain
As an added check, I did measurements. Down 2" from my belly and 1" from my hips! Take-home? Not freaking out about weighing more today!
05/02 149.2 This was the best (ahem, only) whoosh I've ever had!! I lost 4.4 lbs this round! 3.4 lbs more than the goal I set for this round. Feels like my patience is paying off, because I either gained or maintained the last two rounds. Summary of my overall 5-round results below:
Round 71 loss: (-2.4 lbs)
Round 72 loss: (-2.4 lbs)
Round 73 loss: (+0.6 lbs)
Round 74 loss: (0 lbs)
Round 75 loss: (-4.4 lbs)
Day/Weight/Comment
04/23 - 270.0 - Up a bit, but had a ton of sodium yesterday. I had my water, but still the sodium was over by 1/2 a teaspoon. I walked a lot and completed Week 4, Day 2 of C25K. I did two episodes of Zombies, Run! I did not walk for an hour with either one as the timing wasn't right for it due to people either using the room or setting up to use the room. Food was okay.
04/24 - 268.6 - Still up, but TOM started yesterday morning. Sodium is still up too. I walked about 2 hours yesterday. Yesterday morning was rough, but got through it without emotional eating. My Fitbit crashed, and the replacement Fitbit was having errors, got it fixed with the help of a friend. So, today I am supposed to do Week 4, Day 2 of C25K, we'll see what happens as my CSS is coming at 10. More walking later in the day.
04/25 - 269.0 (Internet wasn't up and unable to post)
04/26 - 269.4 - Still creeping up even though period is starting to come to an end. I don't know what's going on. Exercise has been good. Food has been good. So I don't know if I am going to post a loss for this week or not. I did try a new food in Nutrition 101 yesterday, a jicama. We also had it in a salad that was pretty good. Today has been a productive day.
04/27 - 271.8 (unable to post)
04/28 - 268.4 - Back down a good deal, but not all the way. I don't know where things are going to end up. Today was my rest day. I have done very little moving today. I did do some cooking. There was an issue with a small fire in the building but the alarms didn't go off alerting us to the danger. Thankfully the fire department showed up anyways. It's late at night now so I won't type for long. I am stopping my C25K program until I can see my doctor. I think my electrolytes have gotten out of balance as my heart skips beats while I'm running but seems to be fine otherwise.
04/29 - 268.2 - Forgot to post, sorry
04/30 - 266.4 - Whoosh. I am slipping into depression. I mean when I can finally get that high from exercise, it feels great and I feel great, but when it's gone, I crash all over again. Dark thoughts circle through my head again. I thought I was passed all of this. I finally have a razor and had shaved my legs for the first time in 9 months. I can't think of a trigger. Just my brain has switched. I am still keeping up with self care best I can, it's just tougher now, is all. I'm not ready to give up yet.
05/01 - 266.0 - I'm still exercising. Today I have done a lot of walking to compete in a Fitbit challenge, and I'm whooping butt. I'm at over 35, 000 steps so far. I saw my CSS today and we got an appointment set up to see my therapist. I will see my dietitian in a couple of weeks as well. The increase in calories does seem to have finally slowed my weight loss, at least according to last week's numbers. I might be up tomorrow due to water in my leg muscles from all of the walking. The depression is still there. I'm doing what I can to fight it.
05/02 - 264.6 - Whoosh. Probably from all the walking. I ended at 41, 388 steps, not enough clench the win, as he conceded and I went to bed. He then walked some more so he won. Oh, well. It's not a bad way to end these ten days. I'm still kinda low, but still have plans to keep going. Some reading on the docket today with some Yoga and walking.
04/22 …..196.8 ….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
04/23 …..194.3 ….. Down in water weight I’m sure. It never ceases to tick me off that I can go up by 5 pounds overnight (obviously mainly water), but only go back down 2.5. Oh well, it is what it is. I will not be discouraged today. Yesterday was on plan. 1430 Calories In / 2476 Calories Out. 11 Net Carbs. 13,220 Total Steps & 5.6 Total Miles. IF 16:8. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 6 hours & 6 minutes. I walked for about 11 minutes until being called away by work phone call but every little bit counts.
04/24 …..192.6 …..
Yesterday’s stats: 1163 Calories In / 2289 Calories Out. 27 Net Carbs mainly from my zoodle marinara & meatballs. 10,950 Total Steps & 4.63 Total Miles. IF 16:8. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours & 38 minutes. I danced for 30 minutes. Sample song “Karma Chameleon” by Culture Club.
04/25 …..197.0 ….. My weight is so quickly inflated, as are my glucose readings. I try to stay mindful of this. Anyway, my sleep was 5 hours & 21 minutes. Home today & on plan. It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day. I love you carbs, but you don’t love me back, so we are going to have to part ways.
04/26 ….196.8. ….. A tiny blip down.
04/27 …..196.8 ….. Epic fail. I should have worked harder on drinking my water for the fluid retention. Meal plan was imperfect. Exercise was minimal (17 minutes on elliptical). However, I enjoyed watching my DGS who kept me on my toes! My son & other DGSs enjoyed the gaming night at the public library. It was an overall busy but nice day. Working hard today to get in those fluids & move more. Lots of housework today too.
04/28 ….. 197.0….. Dinner at 11:00 PM which is crazy. It was such a heavy work day! Otherwise, lots of steps & exercise/movement. Stayed mainly on plan, just ate too close to morning weigh in. There should be a better reflection tomorrow. Yesterdays Stats: 1663 Calories In / 2633 Calories Out. 31 Net Carbs. 17,091 Total Steps & 7.23 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours & 3 minutes. I did 107 minutes of yard work / raking which helped me burn over 500 extra calories for the day. Today will be busy.
04/29 ….. ….. I’m typing this on the 30th. How did I lose a day? I read all the posts yesterday & I posted on other challenges. Sheesh. Okay.
04/30 …..196.8 ….. A good day yesterday, right on plan. 1338 Calories In / 2293 Calories Out. 12,268 Total Steps & 5.21 Total Miles. IF 16:8. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 6 hours & 46 minutes. I walked very briskly for 14 minutes around my property as it was the only exercise I was going to fit in. Traveling tomorrow. I use all my tools but it is just never good.
05/01 ….. 196.4….. Travel today. Why, oh, why before my final weigh in? The nice little drop in weight finally showed up. It is amazing how it sometimes happens a few days later than I might expect. Yesterday I snacked a bit too much, but it was all on keto friendly foods. Quantities were just a bit more than usual. Calories In 1871/ Calories out 2616. 88 Net Carbs. 10,374 Total Steps & 4.4 Total Miles. IF 16:8 . 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 3 hours & 47 minutes and feel very tired. Pouring the rain & dreading my trip which cannot be put off as it is related to the kitchen remodel. I am going to try to put my fitbit on my shoe laces today when in the stores.
05/02 ….. 197.6….. Likely water retention from the Chinese food. I ordered a meal & a takeout box right away. I ate half at lunch & the other half for dinner last night at home. That was a a NSV for me in itself. My best guess on logging is: 2028 Calories In / 2920 Calories Out. 187 Net Carbs. 10,830 Total Steps & 4.16 Total Miles. I did not Fast except for my sleeping time which was 3 hours & 47 minutes the night before. As I've stated before, the low levels of sleep I get make most of my fasting occur in an awake state. It's not always easy but I manage. However, I did not fast during the travel day, instead I tried to prep myself before the restaurant with protein & nut snacks. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I did put my fitbit on my shoelaces (thanks for the tip) and it worked! Nice round everyone! See you tomorrow in the next round.
Day/Weight/Comment
04/23 151.3, exercised and ate well yesterday. Going to a baseball game tonight and will limit myself to one beer.
04/24 150.8, surprised on weight loss because I had two beers and a polish sausage. I wasn’t over terribly on calories but expect an uptick over the next few days. Worth it though!
04/25 150.7, first of two cocktail parties is tonight. Did a double yesterday to help with calorie intake. I did wake up thirsty so 64 oz of water wasn’t enough to combat the salt the previous day. Will make sure I’m hydrated going into tomorrow and the week end.
04/26 150.4, danced a lot last night, but did have more drinks and saltier food than I usually have. Back to the diet today.
04/27 150.4, second cocktail party tonight so hoping to stay under 151 through Monday, but early next week I should be good with no temptations
04/28 150.2, always lose a bit after drinking and then it comes up a couple days after. I plan on being really good the rest of the round to level that out.
04/29 150.2, going to the gym for an hour today and meals are all prepped
04/30 150.2, finishing up packing before I leave tomorrow for my 10 day vacation to Italy.
05/01 149.8, new low in over 5 years!!
05/02 149.8
I’m going to skip the next round because my travel scale is being wonky. In Italy for 10 days11
