Round 75 (1 for me).
Goals:
I've been pretty consistent with logging, so I'd like to focus on working in more activity.
1) Walk 30+ minutes each day
2) Active gardening or household task 30+ minutes each day
3) 64-80 oz. water per day

04/23 – 202.8 – Gorgeous day! 60 minute walk on a moderately challenging trail, but gardening was limited to 10 minutes of deadheading daffodils before relaxing in the sun. Squeezed in some grocery shopping after the walk and got the dishes done. Not enough sleep last night, so my energy is flagging. Got my water in though. 😊

Ready for my round 12
Was on holiday for the last 2 rounds. In the past this would have meant a gain of 3kg or so. I didn't really try to lose (just did not want to gain) but managed to lose 1.9 kg over the 2 rounds.

04/23 73.6 kg a good start to the round and to going back to work. Started running again yesterday and did some pushups this morning.
04/24 74.5kg for no reason so I'm not worried as I always do this after a loss. Ran and tried some planks with the sunrise.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – but I am finding it difficult!
Round 72 I saw my lowest weight since September last year, shame I just nudged up again on the last day. Never mind, this is a new day and a new challenge, so lets rock it !! Over all I'm heading in the right direction, just need to keep going.
Jemtred – I'm going to use your goal to weigh less at the end of the round than the start, if you don't mind!

04/23 - DNW - and we're home. 4 days of eating out, drinking in the evenings, hotel breakfasts, junk at cheer competition and service station stops - UUUGGGHHH! Why is quick "take-out" / on the road / mass event catering style food always so bad? A National Sporting event and it was all burgers, hot dogs, nachos, chips..... Glad to be home to get back on track and eat some colour again. Food for today planned and will get to the gym tonight for an hour. Just realised we only have 15 weeks till our main summer holiday so time for some serious action as equates to 10 JGM10 rounds left....Off to unpack now and head to the supermarket for some decent food! Water is the aim of my day.....
04/24 - 146.3lb (+2.1lb) up from the weekend unsurprisingly - although knowing it would be up doesn't help when you actually see itGood food day planned for today, water bottle at my side and my target for the round is to end it lower than I started so need to lose at least 2.2lb over the next 8 days - totally do-able - just need to remain focused. Back to work but still feeling so tired from the weekend...
Nothing in the diary for those 8 days that means I can't remain focused so off we go!

Back to work after a long weekend, starting my logging again today after a little 3 week hiatus, down just over a pound during that period so I am quite pleased with that.

My food logging was pretty accurate yesterday probably hit around maintenance and was a little low on protein, haven't had a chance to do any meal prep this week yet as have things on after work every night. 04/23 – 142.5 – Heading back down after the holiday weekend.
04/24 – 142.5 – I did not sleep well at all last night. I was up 4 times going to the bathroom, so I actually expected to be lower this morning. I’ll be drinking a lot of water today, but will probably limit the amount I drink this evening.

Round four, back for more! I have another challenging round ahead of me. I'll be taking my high school students on their first multi-day trip right in the middle of this round and I'm also expecting my TOM at the same time. That means water retention and high sodium food choices for several days. I plan on being more diligent tracking my water, getting at least 10,000 steps everyday, and I'm aiming for a 1 lb weight loss to get myself back to where I was at the end of Round 73.

04/23 184.6 lb Yesterday was a great start to this round! I drank 45oz of water and 22oz of non-calorie drinks, walked 13,645 steps, and kept within my calorie goals. We even went to Red Robin for dinner and I got salmon instead of the usual burger and fries. It was tasty, if not a little too salty. More water planned for today as it's the boyfriend's night to provide dinner and it usually is not particularly healthy.
04/24 184.6 lb I walked 13,218 steps, drank 30oz of water and 34oz of non-calorie drinks and kept within my calorie goals again. I'm getting anxious about the high school trip. I expect it to go well; I've taught most of these students for the last five years and know them very well, but I keep thinking of the phrase, "One kid, one brain. Two kids, no brains." We have 23 kids going on this trip.
