Back again!! Started out great last time, finished my first whole 10 day round and then collapsed on the second one. Starting again, even heavier than last time =( Ah well, water under the bridge and all that. This time I am hoping for a slower, but more maintainable weight loss.

Back to work after a long weekend, starting my logging again today after a little 3 week hiatus, down just over a pound during that period so I am quite pleased with that.

I am into the last week of my StepBet Challenge - woohoo. My food logging was pretty accurate yesterday probably hit around maintenance and was a little low on protein, haven't had a chance to do any meal prep this week yet as have things on after work every night. So just doing what I can to stay at a small deficit over the week.

Feeling a bit exhausted this week, I don't normally socialise too much during the week, I prefer to get my exercise and food prep done on these evenings, however, I've had stuff on every night this week, which is quite unusual and it's definitely taking it's toll on me with both food choices and exercise. Looking forward to a much quieter week next week.

04/24: 134.6 / -2.2 / 15,277 / Iβm guessing yesterday was artificially high, because Iβm fairly certain I didnβt lose 2.2 pounds over night. I did good yesterday, but not that good.

I just started this challenge. My goal is to look knock out good in a bikini in 15 days!!! by 5/5/2019 for vacation at the Beau Ravage in Biloxi In addition to exercising, I am limiting my food to 1200 calories (but once in a wile go over, most days, I am way under, even with a glass of wine.
Starting weight 136, Goal weight 125lbs!!
I gained a little initially, ( I think from strength training) then lost a total of 4 lbs as of today.
Current weight 132 lbs with eight days and seven more lbs to go!! CAN I DO IT??

04/23- 327.8- I have MCAS and woke up in a flair this morning, swollen and rashy, so Iβm surprised the scale went down at all, but Iβm glad it did.
04/24- 327.8- this is a frustrating moment. I was soooooo good about foods, sodium, getting my water and even walking. I know that itβs fine that the scale doesnβt move but it just feels bad.
04/25- 328.8- if this is some cosmic test, Iβm not feeling it. I stayed in my calories, I got my water in. Iβm so frustrated and I donβt understand why Iβm stuck in this limbo.

Goal for round 75 - regroup! Had a high gain at the end of round 74, no set goal just trying to reset after travel and illness and way too much stress eating.
4/23 145.3. Still have a nasty cough so not able to exercise yesterday. Did better with my food choices, although I did dip in to my daughterβs Easter basket. Happy to see a drop and hope it continues. Canβt wait until I can get moving again.
4/24 - 144.6. Still sick, went to doctor yesterday and got some meds to help with the cough. Hoping that helps, not resting is really hard! Wins yesterday: seeing the doctor, tracked food and stayed within calorie goal, hydrated well, took an easy walk with the dog. Hoping to be more active today, starting to go a little stir crazy from the lack of movement.
4/25 - 145.1. Slowly feeling human again. Not happy about the gain but my body is all out of whack due to illness so I didnβt know what to expect. Wins yesterday: slow run/walk, hydrated well, meds helping me feel better. I was bummed about this number going up until I noticed that today is one month since I started tracking and Iβve lost 5 lbs. That is a healthy, sustainable loss and if I could lose 5 lbs a month Iβll be at goal 2 months from now. Feeling more positive after that.

Round four, back for more! I have another challenging round ahead of me. I'll be taking my high school students on their first multi-day trip right in the middle of this round and I'm also expecting my TOM at the same time. That means water retention and high sodium food choices for several days. I plan on being more diligent tracking my water, getting at least 10,000 steps everyday, and I'm aiming for a 1 lb weight loss to get myself back to where I was at the end of Round 73.

04/23 184.6 lb Yesterday was a great start to this round! I drank 45oz of water and 22oz of non-calorie drinks, walked 13,645 steps, and kept within my calorie goals. We even went to Red Robin for dinner and I got salmon instead of the usual burger and fries. It was tasty, if not a little too salty. More water planned for today as it's the boyfriend's night to provide dinner and it usually is not particularly healthy.
04/24 184.6 lb I walked 13,218 steps, drank 30oz of water and 34oz of non-calorie drinks and kept within my calorie goals again. I'm getting anxious about the high school trip. I expect it to go well; I've taught most of these students for the last five years and know them very well, but I keep thinking of the phrase, "One kid, one brain. Two kids, no brains." We have 23 kids going on this trip.
04/25 183.6 lb Yesterday I had 14,529 steps tracked, 30oz of water and came in under calorie goals in preparation for our band trip. We boarded the bus at 6:30 with no issues and are on our way to Philadelphia!

04/23 got back into routine but decided on no weigh ins for a couple of days..Easter made me feel discouraged so not concentrating on the gain and being unaware of my weight I feel like will keep me on track.

04/23 β 202.8 β Gorgeous day! 60 minute walk on a moderately challenging trail, but gardening was limited to 10 minutes of deadheading daffodils before relaxing in the sun. Squeezed in some grocery shopping after the walk and got the dishes done. Not enough sleep last night, so my energy is flagging. Got my water in though. π
04/24 β 201.6 β Another beautiful day β blue skies, sunshine, and the lilacs are blooming! Too pretty to stay indoors, so I took the dog for a long walk in the park (75 min, paved trail). Enjoying the last of the daffodils while I deadhead like crazy. Perennials are coming in, but so are the weeds! Rain moves in Thursday evening, so Iβll double down on chores then. Extra water! Good day π
