Not sure how resolutioners work at your gym, but at the one I go to I imagine it happens somewhat this way with the timing I see happen.......

LMAO Yup but this year a lot still come in but they get on the treadmill at 2.5mph and walk for 5 min go get a drink, find their friend that is using the leg curl machine with no weight set and saying oh I can really feel my booty burning. Does it look tighter and higher?2
