I’ve been learning about health and fitness and weight loss it’s kinda a passion of mine I enjoy learning about. How do I keep my habits I’ve learned for life and maintain a healthy fit lifestyle for my entire life? I am close to a healthy bmi I’m 32 woman 175cm tall and 77.7kgs. My waist circumference is 77cm so it’s healthy. I want to reach a good weight and maintain it for life

Consistency is the key, that's it. Regular workouts and good diet which is within your calorie requirements will keep you fit and healthy. Doesn't mean you can never eat cake, just means you know that you can't have it everyday for breakfast! Also, do as much research as you can before you make any radical changes to workouts or diet. None of these keto, vegan etc diets are magic, they all work because they help you reduce and control what you eat and when. Likewise with workouts you need to do both cardio and strength/resistance training to get the benefits of both. Finally, be realistic, as you lose more weight you'll hit plateaus and you need to be patient. Keep regular measurements and progress pics, your weight won't always keep going down but it will keep changing. Good luck!3

Still fat with a big stomach but trying to have success with successful weight loss and then hopefully a life time of weight maintenance. This is me at 77.7kgs. How much weight do I need to lose?3

It's not possible to tell how much weight you need to lose but it's evident you hold most of your excess weight in your stomach. Keep eating at a deficit and do resistance training if you aren't already.4

Yes I do hold most of my weight in my stomach. It looks horrible that’s why I’m working on losing weight. I do a 90 minute walk 3-5 times a week and bike riding and I walk everywhere and watching what I eat4 -

No, it doesn't "look horrible" (we're always hardest on ourselves: I'll bet you wouldn't think/say that if you were talking about a bestie's similar body). You may have a bit extra to what you'd prefer, but you have a nice womanly overall shape, and are working hard toward further improvements you'd prefer.
As maxematics said, adding some resistance exercise would be icing on the cake, if you can fit it in. Bodyweight exercises can be a good start, if you don't have access to a gym. Give yourself credit for setting goals, changing habits, and making progress!
Best wishes!7 -

I'm the same height (175 cm) and down to 78.3 kg. Like you, my stomach is still big compared to the rest of my body. My goal weight is 67 kg so I'm hoping to have a relatively flat stomach by then. I do think genetics come into play as even at 55 kg, my stomach wasn't flat.
Maybe add some strength training to your routine? That's my plan but I'm so lazy and find cardio exercises less arduous so I haven't gotten around to doing resistance training.

I've been at this whole process for over 7 years now. For me the key is to never stop learning and to always question what I think is 'healthy', which means I keep going deeper and deeper into different food and nutrition topics. I also always have new goals to work towards, which can be as simple as cutting off a minute of my walking time etc.0 -
Always care about you. Always pay attention to you.
When you replace clothes, it's almost always going to be you that changes rather than the clothes sizing. If you find yourself buying larger clothes, wake up and pay better attention to you and your care of you.3 -

Your not far away from your goal. Well done for getting to 78.3kgs. Yeah I still had a bit of a stomach at 57kgs. I’ll have to do some research about what strength trying is. I have been doing a long walk a few times every week sometimes everyday and just got back into bike riding. I find home exercises really hard I get into them for a couple of weeks and then give up but I’ve been good at keeping up my walk thankfully.1 -

So maybe be kind (not mean) to yourself, too . . . not think "horrible", not even just inside your own head? Your body does many wonderful things for you. Maybe just think of some parts of your appearance as things you want to work on and improve, as one more way to be kind to yourself and your body?
Resistance exercise and strength exercise are the same general idea. The commonest types are weight training (weight machines; or freeweights like dumbbells/barbells) or certain bodyweight exercises that don't need equipment. You can learn about those kinds of exercise in this thread:

Back in 2012 I was around 180lbs/prediabetic. This morning's weigh-in put me at 133.6lbs, (BMI 21.6), and my blood-work consistently comes back with normalized glucose numbers now. I've been in maintenance for years now, and I still learn new things about nutrition/food all the time, and I'm constantly tweaking my maintenance plan2 -
