Only just came across this thread today (19th), and only just in the last few days got back to making an effort. Goal is to reach 10st 10lbs by 31st May. I’ve filled in the only days I’ve weighed so far this month. In bold are my official weigh days.

I didn't update today cause I didn't lose anything. I gained a few ounces instead.. I did everything right and I gained so I got frustrated and binged on 3 honeybuns.. but then I got over my pity party and worked those calories off.3 -
