    Im late to get started but I wanted a group to keep me encouraged to keep at it, and this is the only one that seemed to fit. Can we start a new one for the next month as well?

    Only just came across this thread today (19th), and only just in the last few days got back to making an effort. Goal is to reach 10st 10lbs by 31st May. I’ve filled in the only days I’ve weighed so far this month. In bold are my official weigh days.

    How are you liking the mct oil? Are you doing full keto or just incorporating some keto foods into your diet? I just started putting mct oil powder in my coffee and Im wondering if I should stop since Im not doing the keto diet.

    Hey I've just upped it half a teaspone today. I know someone people have said when they first start on it they are never off the toilet but I've been in more energy. Been able to fast until 2-3 o clock.

    I'm doing lazy keto. Tracking my carb intake trying not to go over board. I'm also in a UK group on Facebook to pick up food ideas etc. Really enjoy being keto makes me feels much better period is in track too.

    Oh I wouldn't stop using it if your seeing any benefit from it. If your not then cut it out for a bit see how you feel. X

    May 22 196.4 lbs already having a bad day today so I am prepared for a bit of an increase tomorrow and Friday. Plan to get back on it tomorrow!

    May 06 - 151.0 Monday bump as always!

    May 08 - 147.9
    May 09 - 146.7 yes!
    May 10 - 146.5
    May 11 - 146.5 it stuck!
    May 12 - 147.7 beer from watching UFC last night
    May 13 - 149.6 mothers day!
    May 14 - 149.6 1st graduation party and surprise movie date with hubby
