Getting muscular

I want to replace the little bit of fat on my body with muscle, and if like to look really muscular, especially my core. Where do I even start? And what food do I eat?

1st - you don't replace one with the other - you lose one, and gain the other.
Subtle difference but important in understanding what is happening. To see the muscle, you'd have to lose the fat.
Everything you wanted to know about what it appears your desire is, since you don't mention losing weight.
