I haven't actually been trying to eat more fiber so I guess I'm unconsciously eating enough. I wanted to work out last nite but was SSSSOOOOO tired! Hubby and I have an overnite sitter and are going out so hopefully I'll get some rest and relaxation in!0 -

I've been really off with my logging this week UGH! I was thinking that maybe a good thing to pose for our challenge next week is to watch fat intake??? Just a suggestion.... (I know it's something I need to monitor closely as I try to finish slimming down and toning up)0 -
