Body fat percentage guesstimate and how long to reach 10%

Hi, I have been cutting for around 6 weeks through fasting and watching calories and have lost just coming up to a stone. I am also lifting weights 5 times a week. I am hoping to get to 10% body fat by October but I am not sure how achievable this is.
Please could you perhaps guess where my current body fat percentage is and how long it would take to achieve 10% roughly. Thanks.
Stats-
5ft 10
13 stone
BMI- 26
Age-20

Here is an image showing approximate bf%.
I would put you at around 25%.
Because you are only just in the overweight catagory, I would slow my losses to 1lbs a week. This will help with muscle retention, as will adequate protein, ~0.1g per lbs of lbm at goal weight, and following a proven lifting programme. (Link below)
Unfortunately I have no idea of a time line for achieving 10% bf, but I do know it won’t happen in 4-5 month. Think years.
Hopefully now this thread has been bumped you will get more feedback.

I would agree on the 25-30% range. I would also agree 10% is not a realistic 4-5 month goal. Continue to lift, and watching your calories.
Best of luck.4 -
I'm gonna go a little lower and say the 20-25% range. I'm in the 25-30% range and I carry visibly more fat than you do I think. But I agree with the others that it's not really realistic to be thinking 10% fat anytime soon. Focus on slow, measurable progress and don't worry so much about the time table.6

Ten percent with a decent muscle base? Years of consistent training and eating correctly for your goals
Btw ten percent is nearing competition leanness7 -
I'm not real sure, but I'd love some guesses too! Feel free to add me as a friend and check out the photos I posted and give me your best guess. It's time to be real and vulnerable if I'm going to shed these pounds!0
