I’ve been using this app for six months and have lost 38 lbs. I made it below 200 today and just have to share my excitement. I want to stay in losing mode for another 10 pounds and then concentrate on fitness and maintenance. I’ll still be overweight and may decide to lose more later, but I want to work at maintenance at the 190 weight first. Thoughts?

Hi all,
I am 72 and going strong 💪
I do have to continually work on my healthy journey. Unfortunately, my friends do not share my healthy goals. I hope my FP friends fill in the motivational gap.3 -

Good idea. Some trainers recommend taking a break from calorie restriction now and then to allow hormone levels to adjust to your new body size.

Just turned 65. Started my diet August 2018 at 245 lbs. 156 this morning. 5' 8", used to be 5'9" but I guess it is normal to lose some height with age.2
