Did this a while back and loved it! Going to try it again now as I am training well and eating well and even though I can see a difference my weight is just NOT shifting. I am beginning to wonder whether my baby weight will never leave (urgh!)

Round 10 for me, and have been slacking some. I feel like I am losing my motivation and hubby starting to eat out again. This makes it very hard to lose weight, at least for me. Goal: Have been in maintenance (+/- 3 lbs) since December 2017 and now going for weight loss again as still not happy with what I see.
This is my first week back following Slimming World alongside calorie counting so this is my first round of 10 days to give me some accountability.
10K steps daily (a bit harder to do on the weekends but will try)
23/05 - 141.5lbs (-1lb) Was expecting a maintain or small gain this morning as I had the most amazing banana ice cream float last night, it was free so who am I to turn down free ice cream?! 2 gym sessions on the planner for today; getting my new weight training programme from the gym instructor at lunchtime, then it's circuits after work before my usual 20 min walk home. I always tend to eat 'better' on the days I exercise so expecting a loss tomorrow

Goal: Last round was disappointing. Did manage with the steps though! With hope it is just water retention keeping last rounds goals - see a 93.xx and walk 10k daily.
05/23-95.4 kg and 6,500 steps. Was terribly tired yesterday and it rained crazy in the evening right when I planned to take my evening walk. Not a good start. Trying to keep positive (starting high is easier to see the numbers fall ) Will give a couple more days before I remove the checkmark from the 2nd goal. Let's hope I don't have to.

5/23 - DNW - Baseball practice ran late yesterday so I ended up staying with the boyfriend. I'm feeling a little bloated still but I drank more than my goal (75oz) in water (think I drank about 8-10 more oz so not much but still, going from about 16oz a day to that is no joke). Unfortunately I wasn't home to cook so I missed dinner last night and had to stop at McDonald's this morning (ewwie, but only thing open this early that's quick so I wasn't late to work) before I got too nauseous without food. Ended up getting an extra sandwich for lunch since it's cheaper than the vending machines. Should be home tonight to cook. That's assuming the "severe" storms that are supposed to roll in just as I get off work don't start producing tornadoes again like on Tuesday. If weather holds out long enough, I'll go to town and get Panera (craving broccoli cheese soup for days) just to get some veggies in. Better than risking power outage in the middle of cooking! Will keep within calories and drink plenty of water in hopes of not going in too deep.

5/23 - 142.0. Shocked at the drop considering I ate at a restaurant for lunch and had a little bigger dinner than usual because friends were over. Wins: short weight lifting session and 2.5 mile walk. Made a good choice at a restaurant, I know those meals are full of sodium but calorie-wise it was low with lots of veggies. Need to work on water intake, still feel dehydrated this morning.

Round 7! My goals will be to walk at least 10,000 steps a day, drink at least 60 oz of water a day, and exercise when I have it scheduled on my calendar. I'm also going to start each round by updating my measurements. I've been wanting to do that for some time, but never seem to get around to it.
This is a busy time of year for me! We have our spring concert on the 23rd, the Memorial Day Parade on the 27th, a trip to Six Flags with the seniors on the 29th, and graduation on June 1st. I'll be happy with meeting my goals for this round. I will continue to weigh everyday, but it won't be my main focus.

05/23 178.8 lb 19,482 steps, 50 oz of water, and I finally updated my measurements. I kept to two slices of pizza, mostly because the high schoolers ate the rest. Our spring concert is tonight! I might exercise this afternoon, but only if I get everything set-up for tonight by the end of the school day. I'll definitely be keeping my tradition of going out for beers afterwards. I think I'll be taking a half day tomorrow so I can get a jump start on cleaning my house and continuing to clean my yard for this weekend.

05/23 - 226lbs (-2lbs) Woo! That's a great start! I have an issue with overeating and binge eating and I'm really doing some internal work to combat that. Yesterday, I managed to listen to my body and didn't overeat. Plus, I've gone for a walk every morning this week. It just starts my day off right.

I am so excited I joined last round. I had done these in the past. This time around I am getting some medical assistance which is why I am dropping so quick, that and staying in 1200-1400 calories! I am just so excited to actually make progress, I haven't been this weight in years!!

5/23 No Scale - I will update the numbers for the last round and beginning round tomorrow when I get on the scale after being in New Orleans for 4 days. I have hope, I haven't gone crazy and exercised every day. I've been drinking a ton of water to help with sodium. I went to a beach in Mississippi yesterday and walked four miles. I never get to walk on the beach. Had cheap fresh grilled tuna tacos for dinner. Delicious!!!! I love that my job allows me to travel to places I wouldn't have otherwise, though it makes staying on task difficult.

05/23: 193.0 (I had a slight increase in weight and I'm sure it's because of soreness and TOM has just barely ended. I'm staying the course and hope the weight falls off as my body adjusts back to a more normal cycle. I made some chicken breast kabobs and rice for dinner last night and did a 55 minute TurboFire workout.)
