Yes!!! I’m starting over today 05/27/19. I have got to lose weight. I will be going on vacation in June and can’t let that be an excuse not to start. I have to make a lifestyle change, which is to eat clean,
exercise and stay motivated!8 -

Hey, I just signed up tonight. First 1200 calorie day starts tomorrow. I have got all three meals weighed out and prepped, and have 200cals spare for a snackie-snack at work. LETS DO THIS!8

Yep! I started a few days ago and hope to lose about 40 lbs. I'm going all in... cardio and strength training + a strict diet.
I'm keeping my diary public to help hold myself accountable. Looking for some positive friends as well!7 -

I'm Back, after going off of MFP about 2 yrs. ago..... a year ago i majorly broke my leg and knee, 2 surgeries, 3 plates, 21 pins later.... retired, and of course am pretty limited to my exercise...Need to take off some weight, MFP worked for me before, so am hopeful to be able to do it again... Looking for some Positive friends as well....4

I’m 11 weeks post partum after baby number 3 and looking to loose about another 18lb having lost 13lb already since coming home from hospital 10 weeks ago. My weight loss is slowing down now doing it myself so going to use MFP to keep a tighter check on what I’m eating. Fingers crossed I can reach my target4

I started tracking food in May after being frustrated about my lack of progress....I was eating way more than I thought I was.
I’ve never been able to stick with tracking in the past, but I’m into week 3 and it really isn’t that bad. It’s becoming a habit now!

I am back on day one again too! Would love a support group to keep focused. I am going to use my calorie intake as my main guide along with frequent exercise. Who else would like to be friends?!3

I started at the beginning of May - counting calories and intermittent fasting (14:10, 9pm-11am fasting to try to curb nighttime snacking) and I've gone from 214lbs on May 7th to 204.2 on May 26th!!! I'll eventually be adding in some exercise, but if I try to make too many changes at once I end up burning out and giving up, so I'm trying to just take control of my intake for now! I'm also breastfeeding my 7 month old, so I can't restrict too, too much because I don't want to mess up my supply!2

I started about 2 weeks ago optavia and now I am kindly just watching my calories and carb intake and I'm 10.2 pounds down, I have started a little bit of excercising. I hope I can stick to it this time lol0

Hey. I lost 50 pounds a few years ago. Gained nearly all back. I'm starting again today. I am going on holiday in 70 days and I would like to lose 15- 20 pounds before then. Good luck everyone.1
