I’m new to this. I weigh 111. I wanna lose belly fat due to two children. I just wanna tone and lose my belly. But all at the same time gain a little leg and glute muscle without gaining more belly fat. I been on a good healthy diet with also running and doing workouts at home.

What are your goals??
