    @StatChicBayes Carbs do make me retain some water and any exercise that puts stress on your muscles will cause water retention for muscle repair. If I eat more carbs than I should, I try to counteract that by drinking more water.

    @Jaimeroo11 Log what you are eating and if you have a strange gain or loss, look back 2-3 days to explain it. I have found that it can take that long for food choices to show on the scale. And welcome to the group!

    @eb8566 I couldn’t get on the message board on the app either. Not sure what the problem was but it seems to have passed. I kept getting a screen that said it couldn’t connect to the server but since I was connecting everywhere else, I just waited it out.

    The fact that I had forgotten about the glitch explains why I had over 150 posts to read and why some of my comments are tardy! 🤪🤪🤪
