    - Exercise - cardio at least 60 min 5+ days/week; weight training 3 days/week. Get back to swimming!
    - Food - mostly veggies, fish, whole grains, and fruit; very limited flour products; maintain 7-day 1300 cal ave.
    - Weight - R79 - 157; 135 by Labor Day.
    - Life - walk a new trail every week; try one new thing every month.

    69 years old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    After gaining over 25 pounds the past year, I’m really trying to kick these nasty habits and get back into shape. Wishing I would have started earlier to be comfortable for the summer, but I guess it is what it is.

    My goal for this round is to successfully eat dairy-free to eliminate my bloating and stomach pain due to lactose intolerance and hopefully drop a bit of weight along the way.
