Back again! Love this challenge. May was a really rough month for me. I finished the month by gaining 1.1 pounds, but I am ready to get in the 140's and stay there!

Well my weight didn't budge.. so not updating my numbers today. However, due to the fact that I recorded input and output.. this didnt make sense.. so I checked the stats of my body composition and while they're not 100% accurate it does make sense that I lost .2lbs body fat gained .2lbs muscle. I did do some new activities yesterday.1
