is it easier to lose the weight that you gained back?

So I gained 9lbs from participating in Ramadan (was bombarded with large feasts every night).. . I am wondering if I can lose all that excess weight fast if I have done it before.?? I'm trying to do 1200 calories diet (usually get 1400 lol) and I work out like 5x +times a week try to burn at least 600 calories. I weigh 136 now but 1 month ago I was 130.. And 2 months ago I was 138.... I want to be 120lbs or under. Pls advice


Also looking for friends

    you eat 1400 and exercise 600... so your on 800 calories..

    say good bye to your lean muscle mass, your on a path to looking skinny fat.

    But I weight lift 4x week and do squats and stuff not just running
