I lost 7 pounds. I didn't lose anything in April and had a whoosh at the beginning of the month. I may have to slow it down a bit, never thought I'd be saying that!3

17 if you count the fluctuation of the last couple days of drinking lots of water and yesterday being a really high cheat day. 21 was my lowest 3 days ago.1

12 pounds down, and extremely happy to hit 189 on May 31. Would be nice to be out of the 180's by the end of June.3

What is your deficit like ?
I believe I am at a 500 deficit. But I only had 10 pounds to lose when I started this, so I don't expect huge losses every month.

3.4 pounds, which is awesome but might be some water weight. I’m set to lose .5 per week so I’m happy.1

I had 2 weeks of a diet break eating at maintenance this month but I have still managed to lose 2 lbs the remainder of the month!1

Over the last two weeks I’m lost 5 pounds but this is after gaining 12 pounds in April. I struggle to maintain my weight.3
