Lost 6.8lbs in May. At the beginning of May I took a week long diet break and ate at maintenance. I had been going strong since January 2nd and felt it was time. Now I plan on going another 4 months.2

8lbs! Goal for this month is 6lbs!3

Up 2.1 lbs. in last month going from slightly below the low end of my 5 lb. maintenance weight range to slightly below the mid-point of said 5 lb. range.
All is well but I’m watching things like a hawk daily.0 -

6.4 lbs. or 2.9%. I had to eat at around maintenance for two weeks of in order to get healing of a wound off on the right foot. Shooting for at least 4% this month.2

6lb but a lot of that was water after running 2 marathons, it eased down from 5lb first week of my cut to 1lb this week. I'm assuming for 1lb/week loss for the next 10 weeks then reassess1

About 4 and half or 5 lbs. not bad but was hoping for a little bit more.2

3lb since I recomitted to logging on 22nd May. Happy with that, although i can't see a difference yet!1

I lost 9 lbs in May!! But I can't take all the credit. I do exercise and watch what I eat, but I wasn't getting any real results really. So on May 21st my GYN put me on adipex, I started it on the 24th. So I'm sure some of what I lost is from it.
Man when I was in my 20s I could drop weight easy.
Now I'm 46 and menopause walked out my back door a couple years ago and took my metabolism with it0 -

its the holy month of ramadan , and after fasting i enjoyed a feast of 1500 cals , and my sohur was also 1500 cals , and with another 1500 cals as " snacks".
all in all i gained weightcurrentlyu 95kg ( 25kg in which are fat)
