    I believe I am at a 500 deficit. But I only had 10 pounds to lose when I started this, so I don't expect huge losses every month.

    3.4 pounds, which is awesome but might be some water weight. I’m set to lose .5 per week so I’m happy.

    I had 2 weeks of a diet break eating at maintenance this month but I have still managed to lose 2 lbs the remainder of the month!

    Over the last two weeks I’m lost 5 pounds but this is after gaining 12 pounds in April. I struggle to maintain my weight.

    5.2lbs down in May and that includes a 12 day holiday where I went way over maintenance each day 😅

    Lost 6.8lbs in May. At the beginning of May I took a week long diet break and ate at maintenance. I had been going strong since January 2nd and felt it was time. Now I plan on going another 4 months.

    Up 2.1 lbs. in last month going from slightly below the low end of my 5 lb. maintenance weight range to slightly below the mid-point of said 5 lb. range.

    All is well but I’m watching things like a hawk daily.
